- Personalized marketing campaigns: Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging customer insights and segmentation to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Customer journey optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and events, to optimize the customer journey and deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
- CRM system management: Maintain and enhance the CRM system, ensuring accurate data collection, organization, and utilization, while adhering to data privacy regulations.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget management: Assist in managing the CRM and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and delivering measurable results.
- Market research and trend analysis: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, conducting market research to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of CRM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the luxury retail or shopping mall industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
