Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
Experience in Residential Building will be definitely an advantage
At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level
Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work efficiently
Proficiency in both English and Chinese writing and speaking, with fluent spoken English is highly preferred
Familiar with DMC, BMO
Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
Experience in handling slope improvement and building renovation project will be an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be also considered as Property Officer
