- Identify and research new market and develop new customer for the unified communications (UC) and SMS
- Secure business opportunities from prospective customers
- Establish close and trustful relationships with all customers and vendors, able to build customer loyalty to our service
- Maintain a strong understanding of UC/ SMS products and services
- Develop the UC/ SMS business sales and marketing strategy
- Enhance company image by demonstrating sustainable professionalism on works
- Achieve sales targets and KPI on each product assigned by team head (Not a direct selling role)
- As a consultant role to Support Enterprise team on reselling the UC and SMS product
- Cooperate with internal teams and external vendors to provide full solution for customers
- Attend business travel and industry events to build relationship and awareness with customers and vendors.
- Innovative new ways to serve and improve businesses, products, and work operation.
- Keep exploring new application in UC and SMS
- Degree or above in Telecom, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Management or related fields is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in telecom industry, UCaaS, CPaaS
- Knowledge in SMS or Unified communications industry
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required
- Able to multi-task and work under intense deadlines
- Good organization, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- With accounting service experience is preferable.
