Duration: 20 months from Sep 2025
Work location: Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon
Working hour: 44 hours per week on average (inclusive of an hour lunch break), from 8:15 am to 6:18 pm from Monday to Friday, and one Saturday per month from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.
Job Duties
(i) to assist in refining the filing system including taking stock of the files, tidying up individual files, and documenting file information, retrieving documents and files upon request;
(ii) to arrange circulation of incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain complaint files, assign complaint cases on the system, handle enquires, booking of vehicles and meeting rooms, and perform typing works for general administration;
(ii) to assist in preparing employment contracts, collecting time sheets of contractors' employees and performing general accounting work on the payment of monthly service fees for various contracts and services:
(iv) to assist in compiling data and collating returns and statistics, etc.;
(v) to provide secretarial and clerical support for the office including word-processing, photocopying, inputting data, filing, scheduling and preparing for meetings folders, labeling, book binding, and facsimile of documents, as well as receiving telephone calls;
(vi) to provide outside office work clerical support such as store and goods collection, dispatch services, urgent by-hand delivery and venue set up and preparation at leisure venues, etc.; and
(vii) to undertake any other duties as assigned.Qualification Requirement:
(i) Having Level 2 or Grade E or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE or HKDSE, including Chinese Lanaguage and English Language
(ii) Have the knowledge of using Internet, 倉頡/速成. Typing speed in Chinese word processing speed at least at 20 words per minute and English word processing speed at least at 30 words per minute, and proficiency in the application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.);
(iii) Have at least two year's full-time working experience
(iv) Should be responsible, mature and polite;
