Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive company secretarial and compliance support for the Group, which comprises 4 listed companies and entities incorporated in Hong Kong, offshore jurisdictions, and the PRC.;2. Assist in the preparation and timely submission of corporate documentation for shareholders, including interim/annual reports, circulars, announcements, and other administrative tasks;3. Coordinate and organize board and shareholders’ meetings, draft meeting minutes, prepare statutory returns, and manage corporate communications;4. Maintain an efficient and organized filing and retrieval system for all company records to ensure compliance and easy access to documentation;5. Perform clerical duties and support various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.Requirements:1. Member or Student Member of HKICS or HKCGI;2. Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in listed companies or professional firms, with a strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance;3. In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies;4. A collaborative team player with good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills;5. Highly responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when required;6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with conversational Putonghua;7. Strong computer literacy, including experience with ViewPoint (Quantos) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office of Word, Excel especially on PowerPoint is a must on top of Chinese word processing;8.
