- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services which include but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Office Administration, Employee Relations, Injury/Dispute case and Performance Management cycles
- Support human resources processes by recruitment, on/off-boarding process, maintaining records and information.
- Process staff visa applications and renewals to compile work permit requirements in Hong Kong
- Maintain employee database and ensure all personnel records in HRIS are updated and accurate
- Prepare and review full sets of payroll administration process including monthly payroll, commission & bonus calculation, final payment
- Supervise a small team to perform payroll functions and compensation & benefits exercise
- Monitor and manage payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll services
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial position or equivalent in all HR Functions including but not limited to Talent management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Policy and HR administration
- Experience in Retail setting is a plus but not mandatory
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
- Excellent communication & organizational skills, written and verbal, in English and Chinese (Putonghua a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;
- Immediately available is highly preferable
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
