Our client is a leading life insurance company.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the AI chatbot, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
Resolve production defects and support BAU operations to maintain chatbot performance.
Conduct testing (UAT, integration) and coordinate with vendors to meet quality standards.
Implement automated workflows to enhance efficiency for internal agents.
Convert paper documents into digital formats for chatbot integration.
Work with IT, HR, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years in project management, ideally with AI/chatbot or digital projects.
Experience in testing, vendor management, or HR systems is a plus.
Knowledge of chatbot platforms, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and testing. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Fluency in Cantonese and English
