- Responsible for daily support and maintenance of application systems, provide PC and network installation, configuration, administration and support. He/She will also be required to monitor system and network performance and responsible for IT asset procurement, inventory management and software license management.
- Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology or related discipline
- Prior experience in PC and network support
- Familiar with Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of networking administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
