Marketing Officer (CRM)

Responsibilities

Maintain daily operation on mobile app and Website
Execute CRM and website marketing campaigns in line with brand direction
Advise design team to maximize content strategy on marketing material
Evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness & prepare reports
Develop data-driven, segment-focused campaigns and marketing automation journeys to build customer loyalty
Take part in CRM system enhancement projects to optimize system capabilities to support marketing campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science related discipline
1-2 years of experience in any retail/ marketing field. More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
Experience in CRM / analytic software will be highly preferred
Analytical minded, sensitive to figures & logical
Self-motivated, independent with strong communication skill
Retail marketing experience would be advantageous
Good command of both of English and Chinese
Proficiency in PC applications e.g. social media platforms, MS Office and Chinese word-processing
