Executive Summary:Our client — a publicly listed ICT powerhouse in Hong Kong — is building a new frontier: a cutting-edge HRMS & HR outsourcing division. We're looking for a Business Development Manager who’s hungry to lead this exciting new initiative from the ground up. This is more than a sales role — it’s a rare opportunity to shape a high-potential business line, drive real impact, and grow your own team as the business scales.If you have a solid track record in HRMS, payroll, or enterprise SaaS sales, and you're ready for your next big challenge, we want to hear from you.Major Responsibilities:Champion HRMS solutions and outsourcing services to enterprise customers across Hong Kong and/or Macau — including MNCs, conglomerates, and the public sector.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to hit revenue targets and expand market share.Lead the sales cycle end-to-end — from pitching and presenting to contract negotiation and deal closure.Work closely with pre-sales and project teams to deliver compelling proposals and solution demos to C-level stakeholders.Maintain a healthy pipeline, follow up on leads, and report regularly to the business unit head.Develop strategic sales plans and execute them with precision.Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner.Key Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English & Chinese (spoken and written)3–5+ years’ experience in enterprise solution sales (HRIS, ERP, CRM, DMS, or workflow systems preferred)A proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset — you're self-driven, results-oriented, and thrive under pressureExperience selling HRMS or payroll solutions is a big plusSend your CV in Word format to [email redacted, apply via Company website] or call 2103-6414 for a confidential discussion.
