  • Complete check in and check out process efficiently and anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to help alleviate the pressure and to process guests efficiently.
  • Answer guest e-mails and ensure that it is processed according to procedure and in a timely manner.
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service, striving to go extra mile at all times by being Intuitive, Refined and Engaging.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
