  • Handle check in and check out procedures;
  • Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all time;
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline;
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills;
  • Pleasant, confident and patient;
  • Knowledge of using Opera will be an advantage;
  • Shift duty is required;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Agent.
  • 5 days week; 9.6 working hrs per day and 48 hrs per week
