- Collaborate with BD Manager and lawyers on bids, branding, and pricing.
- Manage post-pitch follow-up and actions.
- Create high-quality bid materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging.
- Analyse win/lose rates for improvements.
- Prepare event budgets and liaise with vendors for logistical arrangements
- Draft directory submissions and maintain messaging.
- Assist in executing business plans and projects.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industries.
- Preferably hold a relevant undergraduate degree.
- 2-4 years of Business development experience, preferably in law firms/professional service.
- Strong English and Chinese.
- Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and teamwork.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Quick learner with a growth mindset.
