- Make sales calls as daily activity, adopting a disciplined approach
- Coordinate all details required to ensure that a client‘s event is executed flawlessly
- Execute business plans and strategies to ensure growth both long and short term
- Secure client retention by maintaining accurate account records and, in turn, understand client’s needs
- Maintain CRM system up to date to ensure accuracy of results, sales figures, and data
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong, long lasting relationships with clients and Members
- Embrace culture of Member upselling and constantly strive to better serve our Members
- Make recommendations on necessary upgrades of spaces and equipment based on market and client demand
- Liaise and communicate closely with internal departments
- Participate in networking groups and functions to build pipeline and awareness
- Responsible for event logistics management
- Provide reception and operations support during events
- Assist in ad hoc assignments when necessary
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 2 to 3 years solid work experience in property developer/ real estate/ hotel industry would be an advantage
- Excellent time management and problem solving skill
- Able to work under pressure, highly motivated to outreach goals and targets
- Mature, independent, and good team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate available is highly preferred
