- Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries / complaints at the reception counter
- Provide administrative support to management office including filing and data input etc.
- Monitor the performance of the service contractors
- Provide support for system administration
- Assist in-mall daily operations such as promotions and events
- Perform ad-hoc duties if required
- Candidates with one year or more of relevant customer service experience will be given priority
- Proficient in computer operations
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English
- Possess good written skills in both Chinese and English
- Form 5 education level or above
