
Human Resources Director (Group)

- Lead regional team to oversee full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee engagement
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's overall objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor KPI, establish effective workforce planning strategies, headcount planning etc
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, any HR related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience in mass retail industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available or short notice is a plus
