- Deliver high-quality customer service across various channels, including phone, email, online chat, and social media.
- Address customer requests and effectively resolve complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through cross-selling and outbound calls to meet sales targets and other business objectives.
- Assist in general operations within the centre, contributing to a smooth and efficient daily workflow.
- Ensure all daily operations adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, consistently meeting quality and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2 years of call centre experience in financial industry
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
