- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and its services
- Higher Diploma or above in in business administration or relevant
- Over 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - strong in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
