As an EA you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to C level management. This role is based in Kowloon and requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth daily operations.Client DetailsMy client is a market leader with strong track record across Asia. known for its innovative approach and focus on delivering exceptional results. They are looking for an exceptional EA who has experience in both HK and china markets.DescriptionAs an EA your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
  • Preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organisational standards.
  • Assisting in event planning and execution for both internal and external engagements.
  • Monitoring and managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for ongoing projects.
  • Working with counterparts in China - occasional travel maybe required
ProfileA successful EA should have:
  • Higher Education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 8 years solid experience supporting C level management
  • Previous experience in providing executive-level support, with experience in China markets
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Occasional travel required to mainland
