They are looking for an exceptional EA who has experience in both HK and china markets.Job DescriptionAs an EA your main responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently.
  • Preparing and organising documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organisational standards.
  • Assisting in event planning and execution for both internal and external engagements.
  • Monitoring and managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for ongoing projects.
  • Working with counterparts in China - occasional travel maybe required
The Successful ApplicantA successful EA should have:
  • Higher Education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 8 years solid experience supporting C level management
  • Previous experience in providing executive-level support, with experience in China markets
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Occasional travel required to mainland
