- Provide IT infrastructure support/administration - Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of OS, hardware & software
- To be responsible for providing IT supporting service to internal users
- Handling IT Support daily operation
- On-site support, logging customer requests into the system and resolving or escalate to the appropriate support team.
- Monitor system, communication performance and utilization.
- Take lead in troubleshooting system/network related problem and assist other teams on troubleshooting when needed
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Good knowledge on server and network
- Holder of MCITP, CCNA, CCNP will be an advantage
- With lead team experience will considered as Senior Service Engineer / Service Team Supervisor
