As part of their ongoing IT expansion, they are currently seeking a Regional System Administrator to join their growing team in Hong Kong. This is a newly created position reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing its regional IT infrastructure. Provide system administration of Microsoft Domain / Active Directory, O365, Firewall, Switches, VPN, Internet connectivity
Ensure IT systems and applications run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Monitor infrastructure using tools, respond to alerts, and quickly troubleshoot issues.
Maintain and support enterprise systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware, SAN storage, and network routing/switching (L2/L3).
Manage Microsoft 365, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, endpoint security, and firewalls/switches.
Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Work closely with teams across the business, including warehouse operations, to support IT integration.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise application support.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, SAN, and network technologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Skilled in Microsoft 365, Office 365, AD, SCCM, endpoint security, and network devices.
Certifications like MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware, or cloud certifications are a plus.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
