- Lead the annual Brand Strategy Plan (BSP) and Brand Action Plan (BAP) processes across therapeutic areas
- Support brand teams in applying structured frameworks for market analysis, strategic choices, positioning, and tactical planning
- Facilitate planning workshops and ensure alignment with global/regional brand strategies
- Drive cross-functional integration of medical, access, and commercial inputs into planning cycles
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for brand performance and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with external agencies to conduct qualitative market research to assess HCP perception, message recall and promotional activities for strategic brands
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance brand impact and resource allocation
- Support regular business reviews and marketing performance deep dives
- Identify capability gaps across marketing teams and co-create development plans
- Design and deliver training programs on brand planning, insight generation, omnichannel execution, and strategic thinking
- Deploy toolkits, templates, and learning journeys aligned with global marketing excellence standards
- Champion a learning culture through participating in workshop, peer learning, and capability assessments
- Lead the implementation of launch readiness frameworks and milestones for new products and indications
- Ensure robust customer insight, market shaping, and stakeholder engagement plans are in place
- Track launch performance and facilitate post-launch reviews to embed continuous improvement
- Act as the center of excellence for launch best practices and knowledge sharing across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5-10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial excellence, or brand management
- Proven experience with brand planning, marketing strategy development, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong background in insight generation, analytics, and campaign performance measurement
- Experience in capability building, training delivery, or L&D is an advantage
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
