My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for their SME Banking Segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the banking sector, with a proven track record in Current and Savings Account, Lending Solutions, Fee-based services etc. This is a highly visible role that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities across the full marketing mix.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for SME segment.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning.
  • Create compelling marketing content, events and campaigns across digital, print, and in-branch channels.
  • Manage product launches, go-to-market plans, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with mandatory experience in either SME banking segment or similar.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, customer segments, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
