- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for SME segment.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning.
- Create compelling marketing content, events and campaigns across digital, print, and in-branch channels.
- Manage product launches, go-to-market plans, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with mandatory experience in either SME banking segment or similar.
- Strong understanding of banking products, customer segments, and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
