  • Manage end-to-end engineering projects for new watch designs, from concept to production, including prototyping, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and R&D teams to integrate mechanical movements, electronic modules, and materials like sapphire crystals and stainless steel.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations for watch components such as chronographs, tourbillons, and smartwatch integrations.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability in high-precision environments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing specialized parts, ensuring quality control and supply chain reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders on project progress and innovations.
Profile
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project engineering, ideally in watchmaking, luxury goods, or precision manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), finite element analysis (FEA), and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with watch-specific technologies, including quartz movements, automatic calibers, and water-resistance testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
