To find out more, please visit us at www.principal.com.hk^ As of December 31, 202We are looking for Officer, Pension Operations (Contract) to join our team. You will participate in pension operations process and handle daily administration of retirement schemes and perform customer service related activities.Key responsibilities include:
  • Process and perform checking on daily administration including member enrollments, contributions, terminations, and group changes, etc. in accordance with the approved company procedures, policies and local ordinance and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
  • Perform follow up with clients via phone call, letters, emails etc.
  • Perform other job related duties or special projects as required
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent, with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Relevant experience in MPF and/or ORSO schemes administration would be a plus
  • Fresh graduates of business, finance or other related disciplines are also welcome
  • Self-starter, team player and attentive to details
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work under tight schedule
  • Strong analytical skills and good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
