Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.Your Opportunity Starts Here.What you do?Reporting to the Head of People Services, you will play a key role in implementing and managing the Bank’s HRIS and related technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting data-driven decision-making, driving process automation, and providing frontline support for HR systems and tools.Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate and manage onboarding logistics.HRIS and System Supports
  • Support the design and UAT of new HRIS functions, workflows, and enhancements
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Maintain documentation related to HRIS processes, configurations, procedures, and TPRM annual review
  • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Collect, and analyze HR data from multiple sources including HRIS. Prepare, consolidate and update various HR-related reports to provide data insights for management decisions.
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users on HRIS functionalities
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT teams on smooth operation of HR technology to support HR service delivery.
  • Coordinate with IT and HR teams on system access review and monitoring.
People services
  • Provide support in recruitment and on-boarding administration, including but not limited to job posting, employment contract preparation and signing, reference check, p-file maintenance, payment arrangement, employee data maintenance, visa application etc.
  • Support the review of HR policies and processes
  • Handle employees’ enquiries
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Who you are?
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in shared service and HRIS environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, MRC) and data extraction tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other data tools
  • Strong knowledge of digital HR trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
