- Develop and execute the company's investment strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Proactively identify and source new investment opportunities, including land acquisitions, joint ventures, and direct property acquisitions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform investment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, institutional investors, and other key industry players.
- Oversee and manage the due diligence process, working with legal, technical, and commercial teams to assess risks and opportunities.
- Manage the transaction pipeline and ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
- Contribute to the strategic management and optimization of the existing property portfolio.
- Prepare and present regular reports on investment performance, market analysis, and deal pipeline to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in real estate investment
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, acquiring, and executing high-value real estate transactions.
- Experience leading and managing a team of investment professionals.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Candidate with Less experience will be considered as AD of Investment.
