Develop and oversee the IT security architecture for the company's infrastructure and business application environment
Formulate and review security architecture, policies, standards, and related processes
Conduct security review on overall IT infrastructure
Implement various cybersecurity-related projects
Work with internal parties or vendor to conduct phishing test, IT security assessment, and penetration testing
Liaise with different stakeholder to ensure cybersecurity best practice
Participate in regular reviews and updates of cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
Enforce company cybersecurity policies and compliance
Assist in-house cybersecurity awareness training
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in information security management.
Good knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese.
