The Senior Accountant ensures accurate and timely financial operations, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and reporting, while adhering to global standards. This role oversees period closings, maintains credit control, and collaborates across teams to support business growth and process enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage AR, AP, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and general ledger.Resolve AR payment discrepancies with stakeholders.Process invoices and payments, ensuring policy compliance.Lead period-end and year-end closings, including accruals and inventory valuation.Prepare accurate financial reports (aging, statutory) and support tax filings.Facilitate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.Optimize finance processes and maintain ERP data (vendors, pricing).Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial training.Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred.Must Have FMCG, Retail Industry exp6+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in a multinational setting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV).Strong integrity, prioritization, and customer focus.Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.Fluent in English, Cantonese and MandarinAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
