
Manager, Customer Propositions (Business Planning) - Hang Seng Bank (HK)

- Support the team to work with business parties to review and implement the highest standard of risk management, control and compliance required by the Group and local regulatory requirement
- Assist to conduct robust review and the business model, procedures, control measures, internal control and management information
- Keep abreast of relevant group guidelines (including but not limited to Group Risk Management Framework and FIM) as well as regulatory requirements, and identify their impacts and necessary controls in CPM
- Support Business Service Owner (BSO) to perform all activities related to IBS "Check account statement and balance" and CO " Account balance enquiries".
- Assist to conduct business planning and budget control activities, including cost management and oversight the implementation of the investment cases for Account VS.
- University degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or other relevant qualifications
- Knowledge or work experience from Chief Control Office (CCO) or Business Risk and Control Management (BRCM) is a preferred
- Knowledge or work experience in HSBC Group and Hang Seng Bank is preferred
- Knowledge and experience on system and product implementation/ operations/ compliance/ risk management is preferred
- Strong self-motivation and positive attitude with good project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
