
Operation Officer, Customer Communications

- Instantly respond to customer enquiries and comments received in Contact Centre via phone calls and iCSCs
- Support enquiries received by new channels such as LiveChat, app and social media
- Liaise with subject departments in preparation of lines-to-take and replies
- Update dedicated information handbook and database
- Categorize and prepare statistical analysis
- Support other customer service-related projects as needed
- Shift duties required (including overnight, weekends and public holidays)
- Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience preferably in airline or hospitality industry or customer service related field.
- Associate degree or higher diploma holder with at least 3 years or relevant working experience
- Fresh gradutes will also be considered
- Knowledge of contact centre and social media will be an advantage
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, presentable with strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
