Responsibilities:
  • Instantly respond to customer enquiries and comments received in Contact Centre via phone calls and iCSCs
  • Support enquiries received by new channels such as LiveChat, app and social media
  • Liaise with subject departments in preparation of lines-to-take and replies
  • Update dedicated information handbook and database
  • Categorize and prepare statistical analysis
  • Support other customer service-related projects as needed
  • Shift duties required (including overnight, weekends and public holidays)
QualificationsRequirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience preferably in airline or hospitality industry or customer service related field.
  • Associate degree or higher diploma holder with at least 3 years or relevant working experience
  • Fresh gradutes will also be considered
  • Knowledge of contact centre and social media will be an advantage
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant, presentable with strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
