- Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and execute a compelling brand narrative that reflects brand’s luxury heritage while appealing to modern consumers, particularly in Greater China.
- Campaign Development & Execution Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and experiential channels. Ensure alignment with global brand standards and local market relevance.
- China Market Focus Develop tailored strategies for Mainland China, leveraging platforms such as WeChat, RED, and Tmall. Build influencer and KOL partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Digital & Content Leadership Oversee content creation, social media strategy, and CRM initiatives to deepen customer relationships and drive conversion.
- Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and manage strategic brand collaborations, events, and activations that reinforce brand luxury positioning.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate closely with merchandising, retail operations, and corporate stakeholders.
- Performance & Insights Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer data, and refine strategies based on insights and ROI.
- 15+ years of experience in luxury marketing, retail, or hospitality
- Proven success in developing and executing brand campaigns in Mainland China
- Deep understanding of Chinese consumer behavior, digital platforms, and media landscape
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
- Passionate about luxury branding, storytelling, and customer experience
