(SENIOR) MARKETING MANAGER (LUXURY WATCH BRAND)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager/Director to lead our marketing initiatives for our luxury watch brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, particularly for product launches and VIP events, and experience working with third-party partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee product launch events and exclusive VIP gatherings.
  • Manage all logistics, including venue selection, catering, guest lists, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with third-party agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand presence.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain the luxury brand’s image and messaging consistency.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury brands and event management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile events and partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
