- Strategic CRM & Loyalty Program Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of regional CRM strategies and loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer data to drive segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
- Oversee system enhancements and ensure seamless customer experience across touchpoints.
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance program value and customer engagement.
- Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, in-store, PR).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Event Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, activations, and brand collaborations.
- Cultivate relationships with luxury partners and vendors to enhance brand prestige.
- Ensure events align with brand positioning and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Brand Management & Content Oversight
- Define and uphold the brand's visual and verbal identity across all platforms.
- Supervise the creation of bilingual marketing materials, including EDMs, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and community engagement.
- Budget & Team Management
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with retail, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business needs.
- Lead cross-departmental projects and contribute to company-wide strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in luxury retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media analytics.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven with a passion for brand storytelling.
