- Designing and launching a regional CRM system and loyalty program to foster a strong sense of community among customers.
- Developing innovative loyalty concepts and managing partnerships with external collaborators.
- Creating systems for customer data collection and analysis to drive personalized engagement.
- Measuring program performance and optimizing effectiveness through data insights.
- Managing customer feedback and complaint systems to enhance satisfaction.
- Leading training initiatives for retail staff to ensure consistent customer interactions.
- Executing retention and acquisition marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.
- A degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in luxury goods or high-end retail.
- Strong project management skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
- Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- A creative, customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region.
