With a dynamic presence across Asia, they offer a collaborative environment where creativity meets precision, empowering teams to shape the future of luxury retail.About the RoleAs the Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution for all retail spaces across regions. This pivotal role demands strategic coordination of new store construction, renovations, relocations, closures, and maintenance to uphold the brand's prestigious standards. Key responsibilities include:Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for all projects, ensuring alignment with corporate specifications and brand aesthetics.Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison among architects, contractors, landlords, and internal teams (Retail, Visual Merchandising) to drive seamless execution.Procurement & Risk Management: Lead tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and supplier selection while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.On-Site Oversight: Conduct regular site/store visits to monitor construction quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).Strategic Planning: Partner with country/department heads to define project scopes, resource needs, and long-term planning initiatives.The successful applicantsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in retail construction, luxury retail project management, or high-end interior development.Technical Expertise:Proficiency in CAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop; familiarity with building materials and luxury retail standards.Demonstrated success in managing complex budgets, schedules, and multi-stakeholder projects.Key Skills:Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and risk-assessment abilities.Meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and agility in high-pressure environments.Fluency in English and Mandarin (written/spoken); adept at cross-cultural communication.Click "Apply Now" to apply for this position or call Bryan Leung at +852 3180 4958 for a confidential discussion.
