We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.Work you'll do
  • Work as a team member to provide high-quality execution of advisory projects for clients across a wide range of industries, including commercials and public sector organizations
  • Conduct internal controls and risk management related consultancy reviews on clients' systems, processes, procedures, and areas of concerns to address risks
  • Perform data analytics to support project delivery
  • Identify and provide constructive and fit-for-purpose recommendations to clients for improvement
  • Work with team members and produce draft internal audits/consultancy reports and presentation materials
  • Review the work of subordinates to ensure project objectives and professional standards are achieved
  • Conduct quality research, provide support and participate in sales and business development activities
  • Build and maintain network internally and externally
  • Collaborate with other member firms and functions within Deloitte

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline;
  • Certification in CPA/CIA/CISA is preferred but not a must;
  • Experience in internal audit, internal controls review, risk assessment, risk management, compliance review, ESG and related areas, or data analytics gained in a multi-national corporation, publicly-listed company or professional services firm is preferred (Senior Consultant – more than three years; candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Analyst);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and ability to communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high commitment to providing quality client service;
  • A fast learner, reliable team player and ability to work under pressure;
  • Mature, proactive and self-motivating;
  • Intellectual curiosity – eager to try, learn, grow and experiment; and
  • Willing to travel.
