We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.Work you'll do
  • Work as a team member to provide high-quality execution of advisory projects for organizations which receive grant/ funding in public sector, including but not limited to non-governmental organizations, universities, primary/secondary schools (collectively “Grantees”).
  • With reference to standard operating procedures, conduct reviews of financial and operational records, reports and any relevant documents provided by these Grantees, in order to assess compliance with funding body’s terms and conditions.
  • Review systems, processes, procedures of Grantees.
  • Handle enquiries from Grantees.
  • Identify and provide constructive and fit-for-purpose recommendations to Grantees for improvement.
  • Document the reviews results in an organised manner and draft reports and/or presentation materials with reference to standard templates.
  • Support in business development and marketing activities, collaborate with other member firms and service lines within Deloitte.
We are looking for someone with
  • Higher diploma or above in related discipline, e.g. accounting, finance, business.
  • 3 – 8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, payment/claim processing, data analysis, or team administration support. Prior experiences in a public sector organization (e.g. non-governmental organizations) or a professional service firm is an advantage. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Analyst.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Reliable and independent team player who have excellent working attitude with high working efficiency.
  • Be organized, proactive, self-motivating and detail-conscious.
  • Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.

  • International and Mainland travelling is not required, however travel within HKSAR is required.
