- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop hardware and software systems.
- Diagnosing and rectifying issues related to hardware, software, and network functionality.
- Offering technical assistance to users both remotely and on-site.
- Preparing and configuring new computers and peripherals.
- Supporting physical and virtual meeting arrangements, including platforms like VooV etc.
- Ensuring secure and reliable system operations by deploying and managing antivirus and other solutions.
- Conducting routine system updates, patches, and data backups.
- Keeping records of hardware and software inventory.
- Logging support activities and solutions in a ticketing system.
- Contributing to IT projects as needed.
- Minimum 2-3 years in desktop support or a similar capacity, preferably within a large-scale organization.
- Proficient in Windows OS platforms.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and other standard software tools.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.
- Competent in managing computer setups and configurations
- Acquainted with networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, and fundamental networking concepts.
- Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting virtual meeting tools.
- Experienced in utilizing antivirus and other endpoint security systems.
- Fluent in Cantonese is a must, and capable in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adept at working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and approachable with a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to Overtime when necessary
- Immediately available is preferred
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer-related disciplines
