Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.Responsibilities:

Provide first level Microsoft office, O365, business productivity tools and support.
Conference setup MS Teams, Zoom.
Provide first-level daily support on both network, desktop hardware & software problem.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware to users.
Installation of new Printer, PC hardware and software.
Provide VPN client, mobile device and network access support.
Provide PC building for new joiners or new PC- via SCCM.
Familiar in Office 365 support, authentication.
Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.

Requirements:

Diploma or above on IT.
2 years of relevant support experience.
Good Problem Diagnosis skill.
Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects.
Effective communication and good people skill.
