- The role reports to the Head of Hong Kong and the Regional Government Sales Lead.
- The role is supported by a small team, with potential for expansion based on success and growth.
- Performance bonus is included as part of the compensation package.
- Manage a profitable key client account, ensuring sustained growth and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a growth plan for an emerging diamond client account.
- Act as a consultant to clients, engaging closely to understand business needs and drive digitalization roadmaps.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with key clients, particularly at the C-suite level.
- Lead a client account team, including Delivery and Sales Leads, supported by a consulting team and digital experts.
- Originate new business opportunities through ideation and co-creation with clients.
- Develop thought leadership annually to strengthen the company's market position.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of experience in the IT or ICT consulting industry, with 8 years focusing on key account management.
- Strong consulting background with deep key account and client domain knowledge.
- Proven ability to architect value and drive sales.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applying social styles techniques to manage stakeholder relationships.
