  • Be part of the Health Education Station team
  • Support Assistant Manager to organize and execute activities / programmes related to physical health, fitness & sport, nutrition and mental wellness in Community Health Education Project (CHEP)
  • Handle daily operational and administrative duties of the health promotion trucks, as well as financial logistics and inventory management.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including volunteers, different service teams and local partners etc, to ensure smooth collaboration and programme delivery and explore development opportunity.
  • Support the programmes promotion and publicity
  • Assist the Assistant Manager to manage registered clients under the Health Education Station project
  • Assist the Assistant Manager to prepare statistics and reports for internal reference or for subvention bodies.
  • Provide support to activities / events / projects of Agency or Service unit.
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and assignments when required.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager and / or Manager and / or Senior manager of CMHS.
Requirements:
  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above, with at least 1 year relevant working experience. Degree holder with less working experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of programme planning and delivery is preferred.
  • Knowledge of executing community projects involving promotion truck is a definite advantage.
  • Health and/or social work-related knowledge is a definite advantage.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office and Excel) is a must
  • Responsible, proactive, well organized and good communication skills.
