Company DescriptionOur client is one of the international leading luxury high fashion brand with a wide range of product portfolio. They have put resourceful budget for digital transformation and process improvement They are also undergoing a large scales change management and transformation projects, Therefore, they are looking for a Senior Change Management Manager to join the team.Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage the change management policies associated with T&DS initiatives within Innovation, Client Solutions, and Corporate Solutions
  • Translate tech features into business operation use cases and insights
  • Be the SME on current operational standards, and develop business processes which support digital transformation initiatives
  • Build and mentor a change management culture/community, beyond a project-only basis
  • Create documentation on change management processes and change impact assessment
  • Responsible for coordinating with learning teams on developing training material, supporting design and delivery of training, and evaluation tool
  • Contribute to project success by providing direction on to-be state design regarding people and process
  • Monitor the change progress and adapt approach where necessary after launch
  • Establish evaluation frameworks, analysing adoption rates / KPI's / etc.., pivoting the change management approach as needed
  • Create feedback loops mechanisms on new and current initiatives ensuring positive growth of program evolution
Requirements
  • Degree educated, project, change or communications management role ideally for a MNC or major consultancy
  • 5 years or above Project management experience
  • Welcome candidates from retail brand or consulting firm
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese
