Responsibilities:

Drive, develop and manage marketing strategy and media planning to increase the brand awareness and achieve business targets
Develop and organize promotion campaigns and marketing plans
Responsible for copywriting the promotional materials in line with marketing campaigns
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives by conducting analysis; increase ROI by optimize media channel
Keep tracking marketing trends and updates

Requirements:

Degree holders in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 2-5 years solid marketing experience in in advertising, marketing promotion functions/activities, digital marketing or other related fields, background in retail industry would be an advantage
Good communication skills, creative with strong market sense, self-motivated and attentive to details
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently under pressure in fast paced environment
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferable
