- Drive, develop and manage marketing strategy and media planning to increase the brand awareness and achieve business targets
- Develop and organize promotion campaigns and marketing plans
- Responsible for copywriting the promotional materials in line with marketing campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives by conducting analysis; increase ROI by optimize media channel
- Keep tracking marketing trends and updates
- Degree holders in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 2-5 years solid marketing experience in in advertising, marketing promotion functions/activities, digital marketing or other related fields, background in retail industry would be an advantage
- Good communication skills, creative with strong market sense, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently under pressure in fast paced environment
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
