We are a sizable international sourcing organization with 60,000 square feet studio showcasing 5000+SKUs supplied to countries including UK, Ireland, Canada , Denmark, France, Germany, Australia and India with in house graphic designers and sourcing team to support our team. Due to business growth, we are now looking for a Assistant QA Manager to cope with our team expansion.Responsibilities:Supervise QA Team, and report to top managementEnsure that products and services meet customer standardsCommunicate with internal merchandising teams and UK quality manger on relevant quality and safety issuesTrain internal QA technologists to meet the company requirementTo monitor and coordinate with external service providers, such as lab testing and inspection, to ensure delivered services in terms of quality and prices are in competitive levelTo promote both short term and long term career development for the teamRequirements :Degree holder in Engineering or science. Diploma holder with more solid experience will be also considered.At least 5 years of working experience in quality of handling a wide range of product categories, including EE/ Toys/ Household/ Sundries items etc.Good knowledge of UKCA mark, BS/EN safety requirements and quality standards.Previous experience in handling UK/European market, especially from trading or buying office, is highly preferable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in English and Chinese is essential.High integrity, reliable and able to work under pressure.Travel to China (not frequent) on requestImmediate available preferredAll information collected will be kept strictly confidential and used for recruitment purpose only.
