Implement food safety and quality standards in Raw Material and Supplier Quality Management System
Conduct supplier risk assessment, on-site visit and regular audit for new supplier approval and supplier development, areas located in HK, mainland China or overseas
Monitor progress of supplier audit CAIP and quality complaint follow-up
Review new material specification and update existing materials regularly
Provide technical support to Business Units and related parties on inquiries about raw materials, food regulations and related quality matters
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder in Food Science or equivalent
Min. 5 years of working experience in QA dept. of catering services or food industry; or relevant experience in food safety auditing related business will also be considered
Experience on food or packaging supplier audit will be an advantage
Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Willing to travel in PRC and overseas
Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
