Company DescriptionOur client is an international leading consumer lifestyle that owns an extensive range of fashion brand and accessory product portfolio. Due to upcoming expansion both, they will reposition their brand into more digital focused. Therefore, they are now looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their team.Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Brand Lead, Brand Management, and Offline Channel Sales teams to drive brand vision, overall marketing strategies, both digital and marketing communications, marketing budget, annual marketing calendar under principals' guidelines.
  • Lead the team to execute brand building plans, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, events, PR activations, KOL, etc, to drive brand growth and maintain brand standards with clear brand positioning.
  • Lead the team to develop digital marketing and execute the plans, including but not limited to disciplines of content marketing, social media, company's website, etc, and monitor ROAS to achieve high brand awareness, acquire and convert customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and budget, drive support on brand plan and make recommendation to optimise ROI and business results.
  • Keep abreast of market and social media trends, explore new digital medial platform and tools, and come up with actionable consumer insights to optimise marketing penetration.
Requirements
  • Degree holder
  • 5 - 13 years marketing experience in consumer industry
  • Welcome candidate from FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Consumer Goods, and Beauty backgrounds
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Cantonese
