Our client is a globally recognized supply chain logistics company headquartered in Hong Kong. As part of their strategic expansion, they are growing their IT Operations team and are currently seeking a skilled and driven Business Analyst to lead the transformation of their logistics ERP system.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a core member of the team, independently managing daily operations focused on identifying, evaluating, designing, testing, piloting, deploying, and maintaining both business and system solutions.
  • Lead initiatives such as solution brainstorming, data collection and analysis, and business case formulation to deliver improvements in operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Champion continuous process enhancement efforts for operational workflows and procedures, representing global HQ in support of the Freight Forwarding Division.
  • Conduct regular KPI reviews, gather business requirements, and develop updated operating procedures to align with evolving business conditions.
  • Analyze user feedback, ERP feature releases, and data trends to identify, plan, and implement targeted improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of solution design, development, and rollout.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Project Management, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Ocean/Air Freight Forwarding, with hands-on knowledge of Transportation Management Systems.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and redesign.
  • Project and team management experience; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE II are a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
